Repairs and Returns
If you would like to send a product back for repair or as a return, you will
need an Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) issued by the sales department.
To obtain an RMA# please call 973-366-7289 and advise:

Date of purchase
Please wait for an RMA# before returning your equipment or it may be refused
by our receiving department.
Please Note:
For all returned merchandise, there is a 35% restocking
fee charge and all
returns must be received within 30 days of purchase for credit. All
returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by Special Optics
before issuing credit or replacement.
